We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist | Investment Strategy to provide dedicated internal sales and operational support to our Client Advisors | Investment Strategy. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of prospective Strategy clients; from initial inquiry and meeting coordination through onboarding, implementation, and post‑onboarding follow‑up. The Specialist serves as the primary internal point of coordination in ensuring Strategy opportunities move efficiently through intake, analysis, onboarding, and implementation while maintaining accurate records and delivering a high‑quality client experience. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, financial services, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years applicable experience, ideally in financial services
  • FINRA Series 65 preferred
  • Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and coach others
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Meeting Coordination Schedule introductory and follow‑up meetings with prospects interested in Strategy solutions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospects during the pre‑engagement phase.
  • Gather preliminary information and prepare advisors for prospect meetings.
  • Client Intake and Pre-Onboarding Support Complete and/or coordinate required KYC, intake, and suitability documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain prospect data, notes, and documentation for each case.
  • Coordinate with the Portfolio Consulting team to ensure transition analyses are requested, completed, and delivered on time.
  • Track outstanding items and proactively follow up to keep cases moving forward.
  • Strategy Onboarding and Implementation Manage onboarding from start to finish, including:
  • Submitting onboarding tasks Tracking documentation and required signatures Communicating timelines and next steps to clients and advisors Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Strategy accounts are opened correctly.
  • Confirm Strategies are implemented and trades are placed as expected.
  • Proactively resolve issues or escalate items as needed to avoid delays.
  • Ongoing Support and Follow-up Schedule post‑onboarding meetings with clients and advisors.
  • Coordinate and schedule 6‑month Strategy check‑in calls.
  • Maintain organized, up‑to‑date client notes and supporting documentation.
  • Systems, Reporting and Administration Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Track pipeline activity, onboarding milestones, and key status updates.
  • Generate and maintain reports as required for advisors and program leadership.
  • Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by Strategy‑Only Advisors or Program Leadership.
