About The Position

The Internal Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals to support Bluebird Fiber's high-growth strategy. This position will partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, create effective hiring strategies, and deliver qualified candidates for sales, sales management, and sales engineering positions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality of hire are equally critical.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with sales roles, KPIs, and telecom-specific terminology.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Proven track record in sales talent acquisition - sourcing, screening, and placing sales professionals.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Sales Insight: Prior work in sales or close collaboration with sales teams to understand role requirements and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Write and update job descriptions that clearly outline responsibilities, qualifications, and success factors.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to HR leadership and sales leadership teams.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bluebird Fiber, promoting our culture, values, and growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
