About The Position

DPL Financial Partners is seeking a highly motivated Internal Consultant to drive adoption of the DPL platform across registered investment advisor (RIA) firms. This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by activity, pipeline development, and closing business. The Internal Consultant plays a critical role in expanding DPL's reach by engaging advisors daily, demonstrating the value of the platform and tools, and converting conversations into platform adoption and annuity business. Success in this role requires consistent daily advisor engagement, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to effectively deliver platform and product demonstrations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high activity levels, building relationships with financial advisors, and helping firms modernize their insurance and annuity strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in financial services, FinTech, insurance, annuities, or asset management.
  • Demonstrated success in high activity, goal-oriented sales environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead platform and product demonstrations.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (SPIN, Sandler, Solution Selling, etc.) is a plus.
