About The Position

We are excited to bring on an enthusiastic Internal Relationship Manager to our Retirement Plan Services Client Engagement Team.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment to help plan sponsors and financial professionals deliver the best retirement plan experience possible.  As an Internal Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of the Relationship Management team and assist in executing on RPS’s strategic vision, deliver on the business commitments, and support retention and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in reporting, analysis and/or strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)

Responsibilities

  • Execute on Relationship Manager requests received via the IRM mailbox
  • Manage the internal RFP rebid process as assigned
  • Utilize internal systems and departmental collaboration to generate reports and other documents
  • Develop and present formatted and adhoc reports to internal and external audience requiring a high degree of accuracy and understanding. i.e., plan benchmarking, plan activities, plan intelligence documents, etc.
  • Develop, present, and document key findings that can drive process, team performance, and/or customer service improvements to senior audiences
  • Partner with RM leadership on strategic initiatives as necessary.
  • Research channel, market and industry trends, opportunities, and threats
