About The Position

As an IQC Technician at Fameccanica, your responsibility is to make sure only top-quality, compliant components are used in production. You act as the primary guardian of quality and work closely with teams throughout Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality. Why this role matters: You stop problems before they start by preventing defects from reaching production. Your judgment matters — this is risk-based inspection, not checkbox work. Your findings directly support supplier performance and corrective actions. You see the full quality picture, from incoming materials to traceability.
