Responsible for execution of complex project/program plan. Performs project/program management activities defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities. Performs technical review of product and process design and documentation. Executes continuous improvement plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-4 years' experience focusing on and identifying suppliers.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments.
- Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
Responsibilities
- Supports Logistics Manager in clarifying customer requirements and specifications, during the request for proposal and proposal.
- Designs and develops the technical specifications, timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.
- Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
- Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
- Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.
- Ensure proper documentation of project results, and of all products, services or technologies delivered.
