About The Position

TAG is hiring a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO) to support continuity and strengthen how work enters, launches, and progresses across the organization. This role assumes ownership of established PMO responsibilities while continuing to evolve how projects are planned, coordinated, and sustained enterprise-wide. This role plays a critical part before and during active delivery, owning intake, onboarding, planning, cross-project coordination, and risk mitigation. While Project Leads may assume primary responsibility for day-to-day execution once work is underway, the Project Manager remains accountable for momentum, alignment, timelines, and enterprise-wide visibility. The PM will develop and execute project plans that ensure deliverables are met with excellence, sustain momentum, and consistently position TAG as a trusted operational partner—while elevating project performance across the organization. This is a coordination-heavy, communication-forward role. Prior TAG process knowledge is helpful but not required.
