About The Position
Internal Medicine Physician needed for outpatient Primary Care clinic in San Antonio, TX Location: San Antonio, TX Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM only) Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Schedule: Mon–Fri | No weekends Start Date: 60–90 days EMR: Athena Patient Volume: 12–16 patients/day Patient Population: Mostly geriatrics Call: Minimal (1–2 times/year) Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation: $280K–$320K Full benefits package 401(k) Safe Harbor & Deferred Comp Long-term earning potential: ~$350K after 5 years Support Model 2 full-time clinical support staff Nursing case managers & social workers Senior physician mentorship In-house specialties & advanced imaging 3 urgent cares + observation unit Wellness clinics & hospitalist program
Requirements
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted Texas license
