About The Position
Wilmington Health, a physician-owned, multi-specialty group, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our thriving Internal Medicine team at our centrally located Mayfaire office (Wilmington, NC) —just minutes from the beach, shopping, and some of the best coastal living the East Coast has to offer. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity designed for an NP/PA who values patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a lifestyle that allows you to thrive both inside and outside of work.
Requirements
- Experienced NP or PA (minimum 1 year required)
- Background in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or a related outpatient setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Passion for patient-centered care and building lasting relationships
- Interest in being part of a growing, forward-thinking private practice
