Responsible for providing a wide variety of support services to promote the company's product portfolio and develop and support the Marketing Departments to increase company revenue and profit. The role involves extensive agent support, including promoting products, developing marketing plans, handling numerous daily telephone calls with agencies and agents, recruiting, training, servicing, and assisting agents to maximize their production. It also includes assisting with transactional issues, communicating product information, monitoring compliance, providing technical support and coaching, identifying top producers and problem agents, and recruiting agents for special opportunities. Department support functions include updating and maintaining contact management system information, managing team rosters, and updating task lists, along with having working knowledge of various reports and technology tools. The consultant will also work on special projects and assist management as requested.
