Zurich is currently looking for an Internal Controls Manager to work out of our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. This person will work in a hybrid schedule, two days in the office. Primary responsibilities include supporting management to ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with the Group Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF), with the main area of focus being financial controls. Work with an experienced team to bring innovative solutions to management to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment. Support the business in understanding the root cause of errors identified and help develop remediation plans.
