About The Position

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Internal Communications to support the Americas Regions, driving employee engagement, organizational alignment, and leadership visibility across a complex, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant internal communications experience within a complex, global organization or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven experience developing strategic, integrated communication plans.
  • Strong writing portfolio reflecting internal and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders.
  • Experience managing multi‑channel communications and digital platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in change communications strongly preferred.
  • Experience within a similarly large, complex, global organization particularly within infrastructure or professional services
