About The Position

The Internal Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering internal connectivity, sharing important updates, and celebrating our achievements within the Race family. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure timely and relevant dissemination of information to employees across various departments. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of internal communication best practices. This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. This individual should be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fastpaced, and evolving environment while maintaining a productive professional demeanor. This individual must be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other Race team members across teams and levels of our organization.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Customer service support experience or experience in Sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices required
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or a related field, preferably in the telecom industry
  • Familiarity with telecom products, services, and technology, and the commitment to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, such as CRM systems, call center software, and ticketing systems
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to ensure operational continuity and address critical business needs
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
  • Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
