The Internal Communications Senior Channel Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development, management and continuous improvement of BDO’s internal communications channels, with a primary focus on the firm’s digital employee experience platform, designed to boost engagement, productivity and retention. This position assists with platform configuration, operational execution and stakeholder coordination to ensure a successful rollout and sustained adoption. The role also supports day-to-day management of platform communications, content governance and usability improvements, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern intranet capabilities, user experience principles, platform analytics and digital workplace best practices to enable cohesive communications strategies, while also contributing to other communication channels as needed.
