About The Position

Datadog is seeking an Internal Communications Program Manager to help employees get the most out of our internal communications ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to define, promote, and uphold standards that ensure Datadogs can easily find the information they need, when they need it. You’ll collaborate with Enterprise IT, Operations, People, Legal, and other teams to keep our intranet and internal communication channels accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. You’ll develop new tools and optimize existing ones to support companywide communication objectives, and you’ll use data from our systems to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
