The Internal Communications Manager ensures employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's vision, strategy, and values. This role connects leadership messages to frontline understanding-helping every employee see how their work contributes to the bigger picture. Key purposes include: Building transparency and trust between leadership and employees. Strengthening company culture through storytelling and consistent messaging. Driving engagement by ensuring employees understand goals, priorities, and updates. Managing communication channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, internal campaigns). Supporting change management initiatives through clear, timely communication.
