As a valued leader on our Internal Communications team, you will lead the development and delivery of internal communication strategies for a portfolio that includes Chief Operating Office partners at both the division and enterprise level. You will work closely with senior executives, business partners, and their teams to tell the Fannie Mae story, support change initiatives, strengthen engagement, and help employees understand the impact of their work. In this role, you will provide strategic counsel across a complex portfolio, lead high-impact communications, and oversee two individual contributors.
