The Internal Communications Intern at Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA) will gain meaningful, real-life experience while supporting the communications team in enhancing the company's reputation and culture. This full-time paid summer internship, lasting 12 weeks, will involve collaboration with diverse team members and the opportunity to contribute to key company programs through storytelling and creative content creation.

  • Support the Communications team in executing communication plans and drafting content for key company programs.
  • Draft short articles and feature stories for company newsletter and/or intranet.
  • Support company live events, such as All Hands Meetings, and other corporate events as needed.
  • Collaborate on creative content creation to capture culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to Panasonic's Communications Program.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas and interns to leverage processes and ideas.
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Completion of at least two years of full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write and communicate information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience through project teams or previous jobs.
  • Creative, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, innovative forward thinker.
  • A desire to create a sustainable future through energy storage, renewable energy, and electric vehicles.
  • Full-time paid summer internship.
