As a Senior Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll help shape the employee experience across our manufacturing network by amplifying frontline voices, celebrating our culture, and ensuring communications are accessible, inclusive, and aligned to our Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles. Your work will strengthen the connection between our manufacturing sites, corporate functions, and global teams—bringing clarity, consistency, and humanity to every message. You Will Make an Impact By: Partner closely with Operations, HR, EHS, Quality, and site leadership to develop communications that educate, engage, and reflect the realities of a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Create and execute communication strategies for key manufacturing initiatives, including corporate information, operational excellence efforts, workforce engagement, site readiness, and cultural improvements. Support and align communications across sites and divisions, helping leaders cascade consistent, clear messages that resonate with both hourly and salaried employees.
