Requirements

  • 7+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role within a high-growth global tech environment.
  • You are a storyteller who can take complex technical or business concepts and turn them into relatable, punchy content.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures. You understand that "global" means more than just translating English.
  • You don't just post and ghost; you track open rates, click-throughs, and sentiment to constantly iterate on your strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall internal communications with key leaders across the Office of the CEO, the People, Marketing, and Digital teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of our Global All Hands meetings. This includes defining the agenda, coordinating executive speakers, and managing the technical production to ensure a seamless experience for a global audience.
  • Act as the "Editor-in-Chief" of the company-wide intranet. You will be responsible for the health, architecture, and content strategy of the platform going forward. Ensure internal information is discoverable, up-to-date, and visually engaging.
  • You’ll work with cross-functional teams (HR, Product, Sales) to ensure their communications are high-quality and relevant.
  • Audit and refine our internal communication channels (Slack, Email, Intranet) to reduce "noise" and ensure the right message reaches the right people in the right format at the right time.
  • Work with Office of the CEO communications lead to align on CEO comms as part of the broader strategy and cadence.
  • Work across the organization to maintain a regular cadence of internal messaging goes out, including weekly leadership updates, and organizational announcements.
  • Identify "hidden gem" stories within the company (product wins, culture milestones, or customer success) and help package them for media opportunities.
  • As time permits, assist in managing US-based speaking engagements, awards submissions, and select media opportunities to increase the visibility of OutSystems leadership.
