We're seeking an Internal Channels Manager who will serve as the driving force behind the digital channels that inform, inspire, and engage JLL's diverse global colleague audiences. This dynamic role blends technical expertise with editorial flair, using data insights and creativity to create meaningful connections across our organization while ensuring every colleague feels informed, valued, and part of One JLL. The Internal Channels Manager operates as both a technical specialist and communications strategist, managing our flagship newsletter, enterprise communication platforms, and emerging digital channels. This role requires exceptional platform management skills, analytical acumen, and an ability to optimize digital experiences for colleagues worldwide while maintaining editorial excellence and engagement. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, Content & Channels, this role leads enterprise channel strategy by combining technical proficiency, data-driven insights, and an understanding of what makes digital communication meaningful to our people.
