About The Job: The Oklahoma State Treasurer (OST) is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to join our Audit & Compliance team. The Unclaimed Property Internal Auditor position operates within the Unclaimed Property (UP) department of OST as support staff and reports directly to the Compliance Officer & Internal Audit Director. General Function: Under general direction of the Compliance Officer & Internal Audit Director, this position provides support for ensuring that the UP policies, practices, and/or regulations meet the compliance requirements of Oklahoma Statutes and Administrative Rules. Responsible for completing audits and reviews of the UP claims processes, procedures, and methodologies, assists in developing and monitoring internal controls, conducting audits of UP funds, interrupting data, and providing updated procedure recommendations to UP leadership.
