Rabobank Internal Audit is a small and diverse team where you will feel welcome, and be able to learn and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business in short order. As a Internal Audit Summer Intern you will be successful through working on audits across a wide range of business areas, designed to provide management with independent and objective assurance over governance, risk management, and control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress (currently a Sophomore or Junior preferred).
• Must have completed some Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Analytics, or other relevant business/finance college classes.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing work paper documentation to support audit work and conclusions, with evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management's policies or procedures.
• Work paper documentation must comply with Audit Rabobank Group and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
• Seek to assist other team members when available to help achieve overall project goals/objectives.
• Seek to understand the businesses and risks across all North American Operations.
