Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical work experience in public accounting or in the internal audit/accounting/finance areas of business enterprise.
  • Professional certifications preferred (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CISA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team structure.
  • Sound independent judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical ability/feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Act as the key liaison with various departments to respond to routine or ad hoc requests and deadlines.
  • Review monthly results, research, and resolve variances from budget/forecast.
