Phillips Edison’s operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers. The Internal Audit Intern will perform audit work under the supervision of the Senior Internal Auditor. Throughout the internship term this role provides the student with the following: Develop skills required to interact with other professionals at varying levels throughout the company. Develop time management skills and the ability to be responsible for more than one project at a time. Learn the process of documenting work performed on projects and communicating effectively with supervisors and other company personnel. Practical application of accounting and audit techniques on actual work assignments.
