About The Position

The Internal Auditor position will be based in the Cincinnati DJJ corporate office. The functions of this role include but are not limited to performing the internal audit function for Nucor, which is heavily focused on evaluating and auditing Nucor's internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with Nucor policies. This includes performing audits of areas such as inventories, revenue recognition, accounting procedures, capital expenditures, accruals, etc. The successful candidate should be open to relocation for future growth opportunities. This position includes travel, up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Prior audit experience with a national public accounting firm.
• No more than 2 years of experience in an internal audit role or relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities
