This role serves as a key point of contact between our dealerships and their customers, ensuring communication is professional, timely, and solutions-focused. This position is based in Wisconsin with in-person collaboration and the opportunity for hybrid or remote work once established in the role. Requirements

  • Prior customer service, call center or telecommunications experience is required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Prior automotive experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for multiple dealership locations
  • Follow up with customers regarding service needs, reminders, and completed visits
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within dealership systems
  • Provide professional, solutions-focused support to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to increase service traffic and strengthen customer relationships
  • Collaborate with service managers and dealership teams to ensure successful customer handoffs
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance metrics
