About The Position
Novant Health's Community Engagement (CE) team is dedicated to enhancing Novant Health's reputation for exceptional patient experiences, leadership in community outreach, and commitment to social responsibility. Our efforts support access to care; trusted and effective partnerships; measurable outcomes; and brand awareness. We create opportunities for all team members to serve and grow together through programs and services focused on teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement. The Strategic Partnerships & Program Execution Intern is responsible for the implementation of community engagement programs supporting Novant Health's corporate social responsibility strategy. This position will support the execution of region-specific community engagement focused on the arts. This includes event sponsorships, partnership programs, and team member volunteerism and giving.
