Requirements

  • Current student within 1-2 years of their Bachelor's or Master's degree completion in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and/or Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Grain Science, Feed Science, and Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Analytics/Information Systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States with no need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 3.0 or higher GPA.
  • Mobility and willing to relocate for the Summer Program from June to August.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all assigned projects and tasks.
  • Learn the dry pet food process flow at the facility.
  • Interact with all levels of the facility to complete assigned projects.
  • Network and interact with interns at other Hill's/Colgate locations and participate in any assigned social events.
  • Present to Hill's/Colgate leadership a detailed summary of your project(s) including lessons learned and implications going forward.
