About The Position

The 2026 Community Bank Internship Program is open for applications. A banking internship provides students with hands-on experience in various banking operations, helping them understand the day-to-day functions of a financial institution. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about career opportunities in banking and financial services, expand their knowledge through experience, and network with professionals. Internship opportunities include: Commercial Banking, Credit Analysis, Retail Management, Bank Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic banking environment
