The Workforce Engagement Intern will support Mary Greeley Medical Center's efforts to strengthen workplace culture, employee recognition, and organizational connection. In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational development by assisting with engagement survey analysis, helping design and promote programs, and supporting internal communications. Projects may include developing engagement reports, coordinating wellness or recognition events, creating manager toolkits, and piloting new employee appreciation initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to build skills in program planning, communications, data analysis, and project management while making a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and organizational success.
