About The Position
Position Responsibilities: -To provide oversight of campus and student activities with vigilance and integrity Spiritual Leadership: -A person of maturity, demonstrating servant leadership. -A positive example “in speech, in love, in faith and purity.” 2 Tim 4:12 -Exhibits the Fruit of the Spirit in daily living. Key Tasks: -Facilitate med call -Ensure safety and security on Teen Challenge campus -Unpack and inspect incoming student belongings -Conduct regular student room inspections -Accompany student body on scheduled outside events and outings -Accompany students to appointments (MD, Dental etc.) -Serve as main after hours point of contact for House Manager and Executive Director -Maintain lodging at Teen Challenge center -Assume responsibility for shut down and lock up of the home at night
