Join our dynamic and hands-on Internship Program , designed to provide students and early-career professionals with real-world experience across key areas of our organization. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the financial services industry. Below are the internship opportunities available: We will be hiring 7 Interns for our next Internship Cohort for July 7 - December 18, 2026! We haven't finalized the new roles and departments of our next cohort, but here are examples of the the intern roles that are part of Cohort 1: Banking Operations Intern Collaborate with Banking Operations teams to develop performance metrics and scorecards tailored to functional areas. Assist in building interactive Tableau dashboards , attend staff meetings, and help design tracking and reporting methods to monitor operational progress. Contact Center/Member Experience Analyst Intern Work with the Business Strategy & Planning team to build dashboards for operational KPIs , write and refine SQL queries , support Python-based automation , and assist with Speech Analytics and sentiment tracking models . Marketing Strategist Intern Conduct research on the use of Artificial Intelligence in banking and marketing , assess its impact on organic website traffic and digital member growth , and evaluate the organization’s AI readiness . Strong research, communication, and digital marketing skills are essential. Payments Modernization & Transformation Intern Support key initiatives in card and dispute modernization , including credit card product updates , virtual card issuance discovery , and continuous improvement programs . Gain experience in data analysis and transformation strategy within a fast-evolving payments landscape Product Management Intern Contribute to the product team by conducting market and competitor analysis , updating performance reports, and assisting in the development of new internal procedures to support product strategy and innovation. Wealth Management Intern Gain exposure to the financial investment industry through LPL Financial training , on-site administrative team learning , and Financial Consultant shadowing . Interns may also lead a project focused on reclassifying smaller asset value client accounts into alternative relationship models within LPL. Requirements

College level Juniors, Seniors, recent grads (within 2 years), or post-grad students
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (most recent transcripts will be required for verification)
Pursuing a degree related to business, communications, data and analytics, economics, finance, marketing, IT, HR, or other relevant fields
Able to work on-site at our Vacaville, CA headquarters with the opportunity to work hybrid for some roles.
You must live within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, CA.
