As an Adolescent Health Intern (AHI) you will, deliver SELF (Seeing and Exploring Life’s Future) curriculum in school and community settings, with a particular focus inclusive education for Spanish-speaking youth, their families, and professionals who work with them. Learn and support implementation of a comprehensive adolescent health program founded on youth development best practices that provide information and resources on adolescent health topics including pregnancy prevention, HIV/AIDS awareness, STI prevention, youth wellness, and more. An AHI will work with SELF staff to support in-school and community-based learning for at least 80 total hours in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas providing these services to roughly 500 youth, between 1/20/2025-6/30/2025.
