Requirements
- Successful candidate will be currently enrolled in a social work program or clinical mental health program with an accredited university/college, Master's level.
- Master's Level is required.
- Active School Contract with UBH of Denton
- Liability Insurance
- Supervisor Contract
- Valid ID
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Identify problems and effects interventions to facilitate transition back into the community
- conduct family therapy sessions
- Maintain routine contact with referral sources and outpatient providers
- Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning
