SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides business office/sales clerical assistance and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient on MS Office including Excel
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

  • Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another.
  • Proofreads records or forms.
  • Sorts and files records.
  • Photocopies documents as necessary.
