About The Position
The Weekend Experience Intern will play a key role in strengthening and advancing Central’s Daymaker (Guest Services) ministry. As we continue to revolutionize how we welcome, serve, and care for people on weekends, this intern will act as a hands-on champion for the Daymaker experience—especially on Sundays—while helping identify, troubleshoot, and improve gaps in our weekend systems throughout the week. This role is both relational and operational, blending frontline leadership with behind-the-scenes problem solving to help create a warm, intentional, and excellent experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible Daymaker leader on Sundays, supporting Guest Services teams (greeters, ushers, parking, etc.)
- Champion Daymaker culture by modeling hospitality, awareness, and ownership
- Observe the guest journey in real time, identifying breakdowns, bottlenecks, or missed opportunities
- Spend Mondays and Wednesdays in the office working to address and improve areas of the weekend experience that need refinement
- Help implement solutions to broken or underdeveloped systems within Guest Services and the broader weekend experience
- Assist with communication, organization, and follow-through related to Daymaker initiatives
- Help lead preparation and execution for the launch of a Kids Entry experience, debuting Easter Sunday
- Assist in building, organizing, and strengthening the Parking Lot Team, including volunteer flow and on-site execution
- Support ongoing Daymaker training, systems, and weekend readiness
- Work closely with Landyn Beal, supporting the Daymaker / Guest Services ministry
- Collaborate with the Weekend Experience team to ensure alignment across ministries and environments
