About The Position

Archetype has a vision of making work better for 50 million people by harnessing the best of consulting and investing. Our ecosystem is built by entrepreneurs and leverages the interconnected work of strategists, developers, analysts, and advisors to create solutions that elevate the health insurance innovation space. Interns join our team for a ten-week summer program (June - August). During the summer, interns will leverage their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project delivery skills to derive insights and design solutions. Interns will work across consulting engagements, investment-related projects, and key internal initiatives (e.g., supporting part of our ecosystem, the RAD Collective). Interns will gain direct exposure to both the consulting and investment sides of our business, working with Archetypers from analyst through executive team. This 40 hour/week internship includes a stipend of $6,000. At Archetype, we’re always planning for the future. Interns with exceptional performance will be considered for full-time return offers that start the following summer. Requirements

  • You're about to enter the final year of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, ideally with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework (e.g. business, economics, finance)
  • You're organized, resourceful, proactive, and able to prioritize and learn quickly
  • You're excited by a challenge—we’re a team with high standards
  • You actively seek out and implement feedback, continuously aiming to improve

Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement delivery, including research, data analysis, deliverable creation, and communication of findings
  • Help evaluate potential investments, including conducting deal screens and market research
  • Provide input on priority internal projects
  • Keep multiple projects on-track, while both structuring and executing tasks
  • Effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders
