Apogee has an exciting opportunity for an Intern to support the corporate IT Team. In this role, you will provide basic technical support to employees by responding to Tier 1 help desk tickets and troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues. This role assists with routine IT tasks, equipment setup, and user account support while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. The intern will work closely with the IT team to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues and contribute to maintaining smooth daily operations. This is a part-time position working on-site in Dayton, Ohio, 2 days a week.
