About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and driven individual to join Mead Lumber Company as an Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from industry professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in WSC- Scholars Program for the Fall 2026 Semester & Spring 2027 Semester.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Building Materials, Retail, Construction, or related industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including operations, sales support, and customer service.
• Work closely with departments to support their needs and projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and operations.
• Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in different areas of the company.
