We are currently looking for an Intern who is intelligent, assertive and a determined person who wants experience in commercial real estate to join a prestige brokerage team in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks outlined below. Although you are employed as an Intern, you may be required to perform other reasonable duties from time to time as the Company may require.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Currently or soon to be graduating from College/University
Knowledge of Office 365 Applications
Highly organized and can prioritize multiple assignments at once
Demonstrated desire to work in the Commercial Real
Strong oral and written communications skills
The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
Must be an outgoing self-starter

Responsibilities

Support our team on short-term and medium-term sprints for client pursuits
Identify, manipulate, and connect relevant data sources to provide a complex and nuanced story
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Assist in the summarizing and presenting of findings to both clients as well as the company’s leadership in a clear and concise manner
Work with internal Innovation team to build and maintain Global Analytics platform and best practices for data consumption (visualization) and to produce optimal and performant solutions
Administrative Support - Coordinate schedules, correspondence and conversations
Project Support as needed
