About The Position

The HR Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. This role provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations while supporting day-to-day initiatives and special projects. Once selected to join our team, you will: • Support the recruiting process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication • Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies • Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and process improvement • Assist with data tracking, reporting, and HR metrics as needed • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to HR initiatives • Provide general administrative support to the HR team • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Actively pursuing a degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations concepts preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems or databases is a plus
