About The Position
FOX 2/WJBK is offering a Summer Internship Program for college juniors and seniors majoring in Broadcast Communications, Journalism, or related fields who are interested in gaining experience in the broadcasting industry. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure in the following departments: Newsroom Sports Throughout the internship, students will observe daily newsroom operations, assist with production and editorial tasks, and gain a deeper understanding of how a broadcast newsroom operates.
Requirements
- Must be a college junior or senior majoring in Broadcast Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Must be available to intern a minimum of 3 days per week, 7 hours per day
- Must be able to participate during the May – August summer semester
Responsibilities
