Intern positions will be tailored to align with each intern's degree program and area of interest within the bank. This could include opportunities in various departments such as: Customer Service, Lending, Finance, Marketing, Operations and more!
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine interest in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks and projects assigned by their supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in their designated area.
- Learn and apply bank policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
