About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Intern to support day-to-day operations across multiple functions of the organization. This role offers broad exposure to how a growing organization runs, with hands-on experience in HR, channel partnerships, renewals, customer experience, and general administrative support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new systems, and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient with basic office tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support scheduling, training coordination, and general HR administrative tasks
  • Help organize and track channel partner agreements
  • Assist with document management and version control
  • Support internal coordination related to partner communications
  • Track upcoming renewals and key dates
  • Assist with preparing renewal documentation
  • Update internal systems and reports related to renewals
  • Support customer communications and follow-ups
  • Assist with organizing feedback, tickets, or survey data
  • Help ensure customer records and processes are accurate and up to date
  • Data entry and system updates across tools and platforms
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and basic documentation
  • Support special projects and miscellaneous “odds and ends” as needed
