JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education: Attending high school or college
Minimum Work Experience: Any
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues both individually and with end users. This position will focus on upgrading Windows 10 computers to Windows 11.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Primary duties will include assisting the director in upgrading Windows 10 computers to Windows 11. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and resolve issues for both hardware and software. This position also requires the ability to document steps taken and writing or updating run books for other technicians to use for future issues.
