About The Position

As an Intern with IP Corporation, you will gain hands-on exposure to real business operations, projects, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with leaders and team members in your assigned department to support day-to-day tasks, contribute to ongoing initiatives, and learn about our industry, products, and business strategy. This internship is designed to support learning, skill development, and career exploration.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical program.
  • Interest in manufacturing, business operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship, part-time job, or project experience.
  • Coursework related to the internship department (optional, not required).
  • Curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily tasks and department projects under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings, plant/office tours, and learning sessions.
  • Create and update documents, reports, or presentations as needed.
  • Support process improvements, continuous improvement activities, or project milestones.
  • Learn about the composites industry, manufacturing processes, and IP Corporation operations.
  • Build professional skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and problem solving.
