Key Responsibilities: Assist in various tasks and projects across different departments (Underwriting, Claims, Safety, etc.). Shadow team members to gain a deeper understanding of day-to-day operations in each department. Conduct research and analysis to support department-specific initiatives. Help prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations. Assist in the development of process improvements and recommendations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to department goals. Take part in company-wide events and training sessions to enhance your learning experience. Provide general administrative support as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Strong interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and improvement. Education and Experience: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Must be on track to graduate in Summer 2025 or later.
