About The Position

This internship is designed for students, who have an interest in ONE, NA, international business, and/or the supply chain industry. It is available to applicants who are open to various opportunities at ONE, NA and those interested in learning more about how academic studies may transfer into a corporate environment. Interns will spend the duration of their program working in at least one of ONE’s departments. Departments: Marketing & Commercial (Cargo Management, Marketing & Sales, Strategic Yield Management) Internship Objectives Document Collection and Inventory: Gather all existing SOPs and training files from various sources and create a comprehensive inventory. Formatting Standardization: Apply consistent formatting templates to all documents, ensuring readability and uniformity. Content Review and Updates: Work with subject matter experts to review and update outdated documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Information Architecture Development: Assist in developing a logical and intuitive information architecture for the shared drive or dashboard. Shared Drive/Dashboard Implementation: Organize and upload all documents to the designated shared drive or dashboard, following the established information architecture. Metadata Tagging: Apply relevant metadata tags to documents to facilitate searching and filtering. Version Control Implementation: Implement a clear version control system for all documents. Training Material Organization: Organize training materials for ease of access and use. Documentation of Processes: Document the organization process for future maintenance.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of document management principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a US citizen or permanent US resident
  • Be at least 18 years of age by the start of their employment/internship
  • As of May 2025, be a rising junior (3rd year) or senior (4th year) enrolled in an undergraduate study in an accredited four-year college/university
  • Graduate students are eligible to apply
  • Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • At least 1 year of work experience or equivalent academic experience
  • Highschool diploma
  • Enrolled in a college program

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with shared drives, cloud storage, or dashboards is a plus.
  • Interest in training and development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and format SOPs and training files.
