About The Position

Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a highly motivated Finance Intern to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business operations, along with exposure to key finance functions including Billing, Treasury, Business Intelligence, and Pricing.

Rotational ExposureDuring the internship, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from multiple finance-related teams, including:

Billing: Understanding client billing operations
Business Intelligence (BI): Supporting data analysis and reporting tools
Pricing: Assisting with financial modeling and client/matter pricing strategies

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with studies in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A team in preparing financial analysis, dashboards, and presentations
• Assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
• Help maintain and update financial models and tracking tools
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making
• Participate in cross-functional rotations, gaining exposure to Billing, Treasury, BI, and Pricing teams
